Position: Account Generalist
Location: Alva, OK

Responsibilities:

• Educate clients on insurance options using a customer-centric approach.
• Generate leads, schedule appointments, and match clients with suitable products.
• Uphold high ethical standards and demonstrate dedication to success.
• Collaborate within a supportive team environment.

Requirements:

• Eagerness to learn and share the importance of insurance and financial products.
• Property & Casualty License (must obtain).
• Life & Health License (must obtain).
• Preferred track record of meeting sales targets.
• Sales experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Compensation:

• $38,000-$60,000 per year, depending on sales success
• Blend of salary and commission for high earnings potential.

Hours:

• Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
