Job Purpose
This position provides administrative support to the fleet maintenance department. Exercises discretion and independent judgment in oversight and administration of all fleet programs, processes, inititatives, certifications and other assigned tasks.
Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Support of the companies fleet maintenance program
  • Able to provide procedural help to terminals.
  • Able to develop data for special reports
• General Office Support
  • Handle parts ordering and invoice processing for assigned locations
  • Maintain a productive and positive relationship with assigned locations
  • Communicate timely on delivery windows
  • Work with vendors directly to expedite any delivery challenges
  • Review possible warranty claims for processing
  • Maintain inventory levels at expected churn rates
  • Ordering of parts, tires, and lubricant products
  • Invoicing, maintaining records on, and following up on title dispersal of sold equipment.
  • Typing, and other clerical duties as requested.

• Create and distribute Weekly and Monthly Reporting as required

• Perform special projects as needed and other duties as assigned.

Additional Job Description

Education and Experience Requirements

• High school diploma

• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Self-starter capable of working on independent assignments

Computer Equipment and Software Requirements

• Proven proficiencies with Microsoft Office

Travel Requirements

• Up to 10%
