OverviewQuality Control InspectorProject: Vance Air Force BaseLocation: Enid, OKWage Range: $24 to $30 per hourW.W.CLYDE is seeking an experienced quality control inspector to help build our project in Enid, OK.Responsibilities:Inspect plans, materials and finished work productsResponsible for observing and making good business decisionsKeep accurate notes and recordsEnsure equipment and tools are calibrated and used appropriatelyPerform process checksEnsure workplace is safe, organized and productiveHave past heavy civil/horizontal construction experienceBe physically present at the jobsite when any work related to the area assigned is being performedReview the contract specifications, drawings and any referenced publications contained in contract documents so as to be fully knowledgeable of the scopes of responsibilityReview any related submittals for conformance with the contract documentsObserve the work daily for compliance with the contract documents and prepare the appropriate CQC FormsSupervise and coordinate all inspections and testing contained in the contract documents related to your areas of responsibilityAssure that the reported tests are in compliance with the contract documentsVerify daily the compliance of materials and equipment delivered to and/or incorporated into the workQualifications:ACI & ODOT certifications are preferred, not required.Must be detailed oriented, organized and self sufficientMust be at least 18 years of ageAbility to lift/push/pull at least 20 poundsW.W.CLYDE is an "Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action" EmployerRequisition ID P-00002673Category Quality ControlPosition Type Full-timeLocation : City WaukomisLocation : State/Province OK
