Responsibilities

• Production supervisor is primarily responsible for the team's safety and performance
• Lead daily management meetings
• Use problem solving and continuous improvement to control KPI's
• Coach and train to ensure adequate skill level of the team
• Ensure team follows standard procedures and adheres to safety and quality policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years experience in manufacturing operations
• 5+ years supervisory experience
• Experience with mix-model manufacturing
• Demonstrated use of Lean Principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems
• Act with minimal supervision, work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and technical specifications
