The Retail Sales Associate delivers world-class customer service to all retail customers. The associate receives and processes packages for courier shipments, operates copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines and point-of-sale devices. The associate expertly advises our valued clients by providing thorough and accurate information regarding a multitude of products, services and best-value options while keeping customer service and satisfaction at the forefront of all interactions.

The Ideal Candidate has previous retail experience with continuous work history, has strong computer and internet skills, a friendly and genuinely helpful attitude, professional appearance, is a self starter with an eagerness to learn the business.

Qualifications & Duties

• High School diploma or GED required
• Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquires.
• Practice clear communication and good listening skills while working with customers and leadership.
• Take initiative to learn and stay current with available products and services.
• Utilize cross-sell and up-sell techniques to enhance available products and services.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
• Dependable and strong work history.
• Must be able to lift 45 pounds.
• Operate all equipment, software and devices in an expert fashion and be able to teach others.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours:20-40 per week

Operating Hours

• Monday - Friday 8:00-6:30
• Saturday 9:00-2:30
