Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Enid, OK, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, the ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming stay for all visitors. This is a key role in maintaining the positive reputation of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about the hotel and room availability.
Handle g u e s t requests, complaints, and issues in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.
Process payments, maintain accurate records, and handle credit card and other forms of transactions.
