Compensation:

• MLT: Starting at $23.25 per hour, with potential earnings up to $35.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

• Utilize specialized equipment to analyze samples and verify test results with precision and accuracy.
• Schedule: This position offers a 7 on, 7 off schedule with 12-hour shifts, providing an excellent opportunity for those looking to work in a small, rural hospital setting.
• Maintain strict quality control by adhering to established procedures and protocols.
• Perform complex testing on patient samples with a high level of scientific skill and attention to detail.

• National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NAACLS) certification.
• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in a related field.
• Certification from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or American Medical Technologists (AMT).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
