Job Description

Nortek Air Solutions, LLC seeks a Strategic Sourcing Manager. Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, supply market analysis, supplier assessment and management, RFQ/P development, data analysis, and project management across multiple sites. The role involves assessing strategic sourcing opportunities, leading cross-functional activities with suppliers, tracking performance metrics, and managing contracts to ensure price control.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, commodity management, or similar roles.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of analytics and problem-solving experience.
• 5+ years of supplier negotiations experience.
• Experience in purchasing, sourcing negotiations, market analysis, project management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and PowerBI.

Travel Requirements

25% domestic and international travel.
