The Retail Customer Service Specialist plays a vital role in assisting customers and maintaining store appearance. You will be responsible for customer service, running registers, merchandising, and store upkeep.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet every customer with Ollie's 'Yes I Care, Yes I Can' approach to foster long-term loyalty.
• Manage cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Become an expert on Ollie's inventory and weekly deals, showcasing the tremendous value we provide.
• Assist with freight logistics and understand retail merchandising best practices.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Open to training new Associates with less than 6 months of retail experience
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly
• A positive attitude and desire to serve customers

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
