Maintenance - Enid, OK

This is a full-time hourly position at the Enid, OK Grain Elevator. Applicants for this position will need to be flexible with overtime and call out work. Required Skills - Candidates MUST have experience with industrial maintenance, lubrication, basic electrical trouble shooting and fabrication. Rate of pay: starting at $18 plus/hr., depending on previous experience & qualifications. Full benefits package starts upon completion of enrollment. Job Responsibilities: Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance inspections and lubrication on plant equipment
• Document inspection and service activity as required
• Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks; repair and replace equipment as needed
• Electrical & Hydraulic systems troubleshooting
• Order and inventory parts and equipment as directed and other responsibilities as assigned by management
• Physical work out in the elements. Ability to meet these physical requirements such as prolonged kneeling, bending, climbing stairs and ladders, shoveling, sweeping and ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• Support Reliability Engineers with Root Cause Analysis projects and the RCM group in the development of additional PM's, operating procedures, and equipment monitoring
• Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury safety culture; understand and follow company safety procedures
• This position works directly with operations, shipping/receiving personnel, third-party contractors and requires an employee to maintain professional interactions and communication skills with various departments.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to safely & accurately perform metal cutting, welding, and fabrication is required.
• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience or working knowledge of three phase, 480 volt electrical systems is preferred.
• Candidate must exhibit regular and prompt attendance.
• Ability to respond to emergency call outs to the site in a timely manner
• Experience in an animal feed/food production facility or grain elevator is a plus.
• Ideal candidates will demonstrate initiative to work independently while being flexible to work as a team when needed.
