The hybrid structure gives you the chance to engage with medically complex patients in Acute Care while also providing focused one-hour Outpatient treatments.

They maintain a consistent, patient-centered environment where therapists are encouraged to speak up, share ideas, and practice their full range of skills. You can expect a calm, low-drama culture, excellent collaboration among PT, OT, and SLP, and a daily rhythm that prioritizes quality of care over rushed productivity.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) Preferred
- Active SLP Oklahoma License (or ability to obtain)
- Bachelor or Master of Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Comfort with adult and geriatric patients
- A calm, professional communicator who builds rapport quickly
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to pitch in where needed
- Strong observational skills and solid clinical reasoning
- Commitment to high-quality treatment and consistent follow-through
- Positive, steady presence who contributes to a supportive culture
