The Salvation Army (Southern) - - Responsibilities: Supervises and participates in the day-to-day operations of a transitional housing facility; ensures all activities are conducted in compliance with established policies and procedures.; Opens and locks mens dorm, womens shelter, family shelter and laundry facility as needed.; Orients new clients to the shelter program; ensures client comply with house rules; records incidents daily log book and notifies supervisor or any special circumstances or unusual problems; ensures security of facility and clients.; Participates and supervises the cleaning and maintenance of facilities, supplies and equipment; inspects facility on a routine basis to ensure compliance with established standards.; Ability to prepare and serve breakfast and dinner.
