Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $1,800 USD/month
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Business Hours.

Job Overview:

Our Client is looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to own the full employee lifecycle for their full-time team members. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this role ensures that people operations are organized, compliant, and consistently supportive from the initial hiring phase through ongoing employment. This is a critical administrative role that requires sound judgment, a high-touch approach to employee experience, and the ability to maintain total confidentiality while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Owns and maintains accurate employee records across all HR systems and files, specifically utilizing ADP Workforce Now.
  • Manages core people operations processes, including documentation, performance tracking, employee changes, and offboarding.
  • Oversees the HR inbox, responding promptly to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and general procedures.
  • Ensures all HR workflows and records remain current, complete, and audit-ready.
Recruiting & Onboarding
  • Supports the recruitment process by posting open roles, screening candidates, and coordinating interview schedules.
  • Partners with hiring stakeholders to ensure the recruitment process remains timely and professional.
  • Coordinates onboarding for all new hires, ensuring systems access, compliance steps, and documentation are completed seamlessly.
  • Delivers a welcoming employee experience that reflects the firm's standards for hospitality and clarity.
Performance Management & Compliance
  • Administers performance management cycles, including scheduling reviews, maintaining timelines, and documenting feedback.
  • Attends performance review meetings to capture clear notes and maintain comprehensive HR records.
  • Prepares HR reports and supports payroll coordination with high levels of accuracy.
  • Ensures alignment with labor laws, internal policies, and U.S. employment best practices.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience in HR, people operations, or employee lifecycle management for full-time teams.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient with HRIS platforms (specifically ADP Workforce Now) and Google Workspace.
  • Communication: Clear and professional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Administrative Discipline: Highly organized with strong follow-through and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with HR compliance fundamentals, labor law considerations, and employee documentation practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience supporting a U.S.-based company.
  • Practical understanding of U.S. employment practices and benefits administration.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented or hospitality-aligned industry.
