Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Medical Assistant Lead to guide our Chronic Care Management and Remote Patient Monitoring team. This pivotal role involves leading the team, supporting management in identifying areas of improvement, and playing a key role in hiring, training, and optimizing our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide the Care Partner Team: Provide guidance and support to the Care Partner team, ensuring efficient and effective completion of monthly programs. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
• Support Management: Assist management in identifying and addressing areas of need within the CCM/RPM process. Use data and feedback to recommend improvements and drive operational excellence.
• Hiring and Training: Support the hiring process by participating in recruitment efforts and onboarding new staff. Use training programs effectively to ensure all team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel.
• Operational Support: Contribute to the smooth operation of CCM/RPM processes by identifying and implementing best practices. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and efficiency across all related functions.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership skills within an enrollment or operations team.
• Strong understanding of enrollment processes and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Experience in hiring, training, and team development.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare.
• Passion for improving healthcare outcomes and patient experiences.
