A company is looking for an Intermediate IT Support Engineer to provide high-quality IT support for employees and manage key systems and infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for IT support requests, managing tickets and ensuring a high-quality support experienceManage and maintain macOS and Windows endpoints, enforcing security policies and compliance standardsAdminister user identities and access provisioning, and support employee onboarding and offboarding processesRequired QualificationsExperience in delivering exceptional customer service and executive supportProficiency in managing tickets and workflows using the Atlassian suite, particularly JiraExperience with Google Workspace administration and user managementHands-on experience with Okta for user provisioning and SSO configurationFamiliarity with MDM administration, specifically Jamf Pro and/or Microsoft Intune
