A company is looking for a Business System Adoption Specialist to support system adoption and user engagement in clinical data management.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop user-facing materials aligned with business and strategic prioritiesSupport the Business System Owner in user adoption, change management, and communicationsCollaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance the end-user experienceRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationBachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred; advanced degree preferred4+ years of experience in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and change management3+ years of experience in the life sciences, preferably in clinical trial management/operationsExperience with EDC, clinical trial operational systems, or regulatory reporting is a plusDemonstrated experience in navigating complex issues in a matrixed environment
