A company is looking for a Health Physicist to support the Energy Employee Occupational Illness Compensation Act (EEOICPA) Project work.Key ResponsibilitiesProduces and reports dose estimates and supporting methodology for claims received by NIOSH under EEOICPAPerforms internal and externaldose reconstructions and peer reviews, evaluating data and medical historiesDocuments findings and writes detailed reports reflecting the results of dose reconstructionsQualificationsMinimum bachelor's degree in health physics, environmental or natural sciences, or related fieldTwo or more years of experience in health physics or radiation safetyFamiliarity with basic statistics and/or mathematical modelingExperience with dose reconstruction and knowledge of radiation exposure monitoring methods preferredU.S. citizenship required for specific government contract work
