A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Title Examiner.Key ResponsibilitiesAbstract and analyze chain of title from Patent to presentPerform title examination to determine ownership, restrictions, and encumbrancesPrepare title reports, commitments, and proformas based on procedural guidelinesRequired Qualifications3-5 years' experience as a Texas Commercial Title Examiner or 1-3 years' experience as a Commercial Energy Title ExaminerProficient in abstracting and examining complex propertiesAbility to abstract back to Patent and create title commitmentsMust be able to obtain state license(s) if requiredExperience with ResWare, Qualia, Title Data, and Integrity Title software desired but not required
