A company is looking for a Mortgage Disclosure Specialist responsible for generating and distributing accurate mortgage disclosures in compliance with regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and issue Loan Estimates (LEs) and Closing Disclosures (CDs) accurately and timelyEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and validate loan terms and fee dataCoordinate with team members to resolve discrepancies and identify potential compliance risksRequired Qualifications2+ years of mortgage disclosure experience in residential lendingStrong understanding of TRID, TILA/RESPA, and other federal/state mortgage regulationsExperience with Encompass preferredDemonstrated computer skills in word processing, spreadsheet, and email softwareAbility to maintain a positive, constructive attitude in a dynamic environment
