A company is looking for a Validator for the RLHF (Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback) Initiative based in Kenya.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct final validation of Q&A pairs following the review stageAssess content for technical accuracy, contextual relevance, clarity, and alignment with gender and climate considerationsProvide validation decisions and maintain accurate records through the project dashboardQualifications and ExperienceDegree (or higher) in Agriculture, Livestock Sciences, Climate Science, Gender Studies, Agricultural Extension, or related fieldMinimum 8-10 years of relevant professional experienceStrong understanding of climate-smart agriculture and gender-responsive approachesExperience reviewing or validating technical agricultural contentFamiliarity with AI-generated or digital content is an added advantage
