A company is looking for an AVP, Finance & Reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee GAAP, SEC, FINRA, and Statutory (SAP) financial reporting across business segmentsEnsure accurate accounting across key areas including investments, insurance products, and equityMaintain SOX-compliant internal controls over financial reporting and general ledger processesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or Master's degree preferred10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of GAAP and Statutory (SAP) accounting in the insurance industryExperience with financial systems and reporting toolsProven leadership, project management, and business partnering skills
