A company is looking for a Service Manager (US Remote).Key ResponsibilitiesSupport operational oversight for assigned customer accounts and maintain communication regarding service updates and issue progressServe as the primary intake point for customer operational requests and coordinate routing to appropriate internal teamsMonitor accounts for signals of dissatisfaction and escalate concerns as appropriateRequired QualificationsA bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a technical, business, or related field is preferred but not requiredDemonstrated experience owning post-sale customer relationshipsProven ability to identify and escalate customer risk earlyWorking understanding of modern managed services environments, including networking and cloud productivity platformsPrior experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or IT services organization is preferred
