Job Details

Gungoll , Jackson, Box & Devoll, PC is seeking a general practice litigation attorney with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. While this is a general litigation role, candidates with a background in family law will be given strong consideration.

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
• Research and analyze legal issues
• Draft legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
• Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations
• Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to develop case strategies

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar association
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience
