A company is looking for a Manager, Underwriting Support Services.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day support functions related to Traditional and/or SUP/SUP Connect workflow, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standardsManage USMM Underwriting reporting functions, customizing and validating data using reporting tools such as SQLPerform management duties including hiring, training, and evaluating associates while fostering a positive work environmentRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience (minimum 8 years)5 to 8 years' experience in insurance, reinsurance, or financial services2 years of experience using SQL and Microsoft ExcelDemonstrated ability to lead and develop associates in a customer service-focused environmentAdvanced knowledge of business practices and the ability to analyze and improve business processes
