A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting and build partnerships with senior leadership to identify talent needsProactively source candidates and maintain relationships with hiring managers to align on recruitment strategiesLead and mentor other recruiters while driving continuous improvement through recruitment analyticsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a healthcare settingExperience with Workday ATS & Phenom CRM is strongly preferredSelf-starter with the ability to thrive in a remote work environmentA passion for pets and people, with bonus experience in the veterinary or healthcare field
