A company is looking for a Vice President of Federal Business Development to lead growth strategy across its federal portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive a multi-year business development pipeline across federal civilian and defense agencies, focusing on HHS and CMSIdentify and mature opportunities through market intelligence, capture planning, and pre-proposal preparationBuild and maintain relationships with program offices and contracting officers, and represent the company at industry eventsRequired QualificationsProven federal business development experience with successful pursuits across civilian and/or defense agenciesFamiliarity with HHS, CMS, and adjacent federal civilian agency markets; experience with VA or DoD is a plusExperience in an integrated business development and capture modelStrong understanding of federal acquisition processes and agency budget cyclesBachelor's Degree
