Responsibilities include financial reporting, budget support, grant compliance, audit coordination, and oversight of HR-related processes.The YWCA Enid embraces the mission of YWCA USA to eliminate racism and empower women. The individual in this position will uphold this mission by demonstrating integrity, fostering trust, and supporting a positive and inclusive environment for clients, staff, and the community.Essential Functions and AccountabilitiesProcess daily financial transactions, including receipts, purchases, and receivables, in a timely and accurate manner.Prepare financial statements, reports, and records by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing financial data.Monitor and manage the organization's cash position.Identify financial or operational control issues and recommend process improvements.Provide financial reports, analysis, and recommendations to the Executive Director and Board of Directors.Assist in the development and submission of the annual budget for Board approval.Ensure timely and compliant grant and contract billing, reporting, and fund management, including drawdowns and expenditure tracking.Develop and maintain an understanding of organizational programs, services, and associated costs.Maintain current knowledge of applicable financial, grant, and HR requirements and ensure ongoing compliance.Ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of all financial and administrative work.Participate in staff and program meetings to support organizational communication and identify potential barriers to success.Oversee facility maintenance coordination and vendor relationships.Maintain personnel files and onboarding documentation in compliance with organizational policies.Support benefits administration and employee records management.Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable employment regulations.CompetenciesStrong attention to detailSound judgment and decision-makingLeadership and accountabilityEthical conduct and integrityTeam-oriented mindsetAbility to build respectful, professional relationshipsAbility to work in a nonjudgmental manner with individuals from diverse backgroundsSupervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position includes supervisory responsibilities for maintenance/janitorial staff.Work EnvironmentThis position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copiers.
